Orlando collision and certified repair expert

My experience at Color Recon was phenominal. I was tasked with finding a body shop for my 2012 Infiniti G37 since the dealer did not have one. One of the service consultants directed me towards Dayas Auto and with a little research I was able to find Color Recon. I choose to go with Color Recon because they held a certification for Infiniti Body collision repair (along with many others) and they were able to see me right away. The other reccomened body shop wasn't going to be able to see me for two weeks or more. My experience from dropping off my vehicle, getting a rental car, being kept updated on my repair and picking up my vehicle was convenient and easy. I worked with Tony who was very knowledgeable and friendly. My concern was my insurance company quoted me for an aftermarket bumper and pieces for the repair in their estimate. My other concern was the photo claim process I had to submit to them did not accurately analyze the damage that may have been underneath my front bumper from the impact. Tony assured me that everything would be taken care of and that my vehicle would be repaired properly. Color Recon did their estimate and the insurance company missed a lot. Color Recon submitted their estimate and worked with the insurance company to make an agreement on their "differences", which included an OEM front bumper and not aftermarket. In the end everything worked out in my favor getting the quality of repair that I wanted. Color Recon takes pride in their work and it shows. When I picked up the vehicle my front bumper was flawless. There was no overspray anywhere, the part was fit perfect to the rest of the car with no gaps anywhere and the paint was blended perfectly to the rest of the car. Color Recon offers lifetime warranty on their parts and they detail the exterior of the vehicle when you pick it up. I will return to Color Recon for any future body work I may need and will definitely recommend them to any friends or family. Thanks again guys!

I absolutely loved my experience at Color Recon. Juan and his team were so great and made my experience quick, painless, and it was very impressive. I had a scratch on my hood from I4 debris and it was very noticeable. They buffed our the scratch like it was never there! I can’t see anything from the scratch and they were amazingly fast. They even gave me a discount which was great. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs cosmetic repair on their car, they were phenomenal!

This shop is the only Opti-Coat Pro installer in Orlando, and they did a great job. I purchased a used Volvo and took my car straight from the dealer to Color Recon. The owner personally inspected the vehicle, taking multiple measurements on the paint using a coating thickness gauge. He was clearly experienced, and pointed out the repainted bumper and restored leather seats right away. He also removed a section of the car wax that the dealer had used, revealing the scratches in the paint hidden underneath the wax. The work was well done and completed on time. The expert paint correction made a good used car look great! In addition, as previously agreed upon, I took back a spare wheel several months later and had it treated as well. There were no hassles, no problems. The staff was courteous and professional. I've had opti-coat installed on 3 different cars, by three different professionals. I would definitely go back to Color Recon. Thank you!

Worst place to ever get a quote. Never go here it's a desater, you have to pay to get a quote on a repair, good luck.

Owner is pretty arrogant, just bc you dont agree with his pricing, he assumes you cant afford it or want the cheapest service available and would sarcastically refer you to some poor quality shops.

I have brought my vehicle in to Color Recon for both insurance claims and out-of-pocket repair work. I have to say that Color Recon treats you like family and they genuinely care about their customers and the job they do. The quality of their work is exceptional - better than factory. They give you options whereas other shops do not. If you want peace of mind, look no further.

Got my bumper replaced here. They installed a used one and painted it to match my car which is white. However after a year or so the paint started peeling off and the bright green original bumper color is now showing through. In all fairness when i called them they agreed to respray it but i wasnt able to bring my car in for warranty work as i needed a vehicle and my insurance wouldnt pay for a rental again so i was stuck. I moved out of state now and its still bothering me pretty bad.
