Everyone is very professional and they go up and above to help their clients. My experience with them was great. They have the knowledge to deal with insurance companies and they are all about getting the help their customers need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed, whether dealing with insurance or not. In my case the insurance wanted to fix my car for $1,800 when in reality the damages were above $8,000! After ColorRecon professionals inspected the car they work with insurance Adjusters and they were able to declare my car a total loss, and insurance paid all damages. Their experience and professionalism is incredible. I definitely recommend them.

I am extremely satisfied with this business. I brought my car to get a dent fixed and even though I was a little skeptical, I decided to give it a shot. The personnel at this place is very friendly, courteous and professional. Since I only have this car, the manager was kind enough to let us use his personal car while mine was being repaired. After a short time, I was able to pick up my car and I was very impressed with the results. They did a tremendous job and my car doesn't even show that it had an ugly dent. I was recently involved in a collision right before all this COVID madness so I knew the process of repairing my car was going to be tougher than usual from the get go. Luckily, Color Recon did everything in their power to reassure me in this time of uncertainty. I was fully informed of my options, time frame, and what was expected from me (Which very much helped me maintain strong communication between my insurance and the body shop). As mentioned earlier, Color Recon takes each case and lays out all available repair options. Meaning that I never felt out of the loop when it came to the work that was being done, the pricing, and my responsibility as the car owner. Would very much recommend to others as these are certified technicians. My car looks just as new (Which i was paranoid about since it had a deep impact but thats why we leave it to the pros.
