I walked into this shop a total emotional wreck after being in a wreck. A week later, I left an informed and empowered customer thanks to Robert. If it weren’t for him and this amazing shop, I would have probably listened to the at fault driver’s insurance company and let them fix my car with junkyard parts at their choice of body shop. Robert explained the entire process and made it clear that he was working for me and not the insurance company. He provided a very detailed and honest estimate, which the insurance company could not refute. My car was deemed a total loss, which worked in my favor since I was able to get a new and improved replacement. If it weren’t for Robert, I would have settled for less driving my children around in an unsafe vehicle. Let’s face it, no one wants to be in an accident.
