We are very sorry that you were referred to us by the local State Farm Contracted Shop competitor that did not want to write you a free estimate and service you as their customer like they were supposed to do they are contracted with State Farm to do us to give a free estimate to their customer they fail to service you. After a tragic accident you want to be taken care off by your insurance provider. And we did .We provided you with a free consultation and informed you that we don't write free estimates we provide accurate damage analysis and those take a lot of time and a lot of effort and they are not free. You keep insisting to have us service you and provide you with a free estimate. We tried to inform you that is not in your best interest to get a lie on a piece of paper it will not benefit you at all you kept insisting. You exercise your right to review us and thank you for doing so. We hope this review keeps like-minded customers that are like you that expect others to work for free and who don't appreciate the value that we provide to the Orlando Community. If you like to be deceived and lied we don't do that. Many shops will write you a low estimate and the once the car is on the shop jack the price is all a game that we don't play. Thank you for taking the time to try to affect our presenting reputation and this review will help keep customers like yourself out of our shop. We are too busy servicing customers that appreciate correct, safe, and proper repairs following manufacturers' guidelines and those are not cheap. We are not the cheapest shop in town and we will never be also we don't work for charity this is a for-profit business and that is the reason why we are not in contract with any auto insurance companies. We hope you live a review on the State Farm Contracted shop that did not even take the time to try to educate you and informed you on how not to get scammed by State Farm Insurance.

Ron is the best human being , who really understood the need and who helped from difficult situation. Thank you so much for the help. Recently i went into a collision and i want to repair it from my pocket coz of personal reasons. Everyone were charging so high and scaring me. I really lost hope . But then Ron and Al were so nice they really helped me from the situation! An angel for me! Trust me.. if you explain things to him he will understand and give the best result for you. I truly happy to know this car place.

Thanks for trusting us with. Your new Tesla it was very unfortunately what happen to you and the situation that you were left with. Sometimes the Insurance Companies are not ethical. But we are. We pride to be the consumer Ally and that is what we do. Again thanks for the kind words we are happy to get you back on the road on your Tesla. Our promise to the Orlando Cummunity is to be the Best Body Shop in Orlando that looks after their community. Like we said insurers don't like us because we are ethical and a proper repair comes with a cost that they don't like it. not all body shops or collision repair shops in Orlando and Winter Park work for the consumer we do.

Juan and Al took care of my vehicle after my collision accident. Went above and beyond not only to help me get the proper payments I need to get a new vehicle after my car was totaled out, but also allowed me to keep my vehicle here till I knew exactly what I can do to get a new one. Juan did his out most best to help me retrieve all my parts to my old vehicle to put onto my new one. Overall experience here 30/10 and would recommend to anyone that needs a collision company that works for them and not the insurance company.

I had a PDR (paintless dent removal) service done on my car, which I thought it was going to be impossible to fix. Nevertheless this great body shop left my car looking way better than before dropping it to get it fix! They are Subaru certified and they have a bunch of other vehicle manufacturer certification. You can bet your vehicle is in great hands. A great thing also is that this body shop work for you, the costumer not the insurance. They are knowledgeable and highly skill with top of the line equipment. They guided me through the entire process of how the repairs was going to be. I love this place and they definitely have a costumer for life! If you're a car guy like me and love and take care of your vehicle. I highly recommend you take it there. All I have to say is thank you to everyone that works there for taking such a great care of my car and doing such a great job! I wish I can give them more than 5 start they deserve 10!

This is the shop FOR the customer, NOT the insurance companies. Time and time again these insurance companies have shown to go for the lowest cost, lowest quality repair job possible. Juan makes it such that they are forced to do the right thing and repair your vehicle the right way. 10/10 best auto body shop in town 🏆

This was the worst customer service, I have received in a long time. These people are crooks who try to get you under contract so you have to work with their service. The owner Juan is rude and obnoxious, and will immediately put other auto body shops down just to boost his own. He doesn’t do the work the customer wants he just does what he feels will give him the most money. They will take your car apart and won’t even put it back together when you decide not to work with them anymore. Have a lot more to say, but overall worst experience.

Went to Allyz after a car accident, insurance was being difficult, not only did they agree to repair my vehicle, but they armed with knowledge all along the way. They encouraged me to know my rights, what I need to do, and how I should approach it. They gave me the confidence not only in them but in myself to not settle and get my vehicle to pre-accident condition. They are excellent all around, they make you feel like you're a friend you have not seen in awhile. Would highly recommend them!

Robert and Juan gave me three levels of paint correction and let me choose the price I wanted to pay. My car is black with years of swirls, halos and “spider webs”.
