Orlando collision and certified repair expert

Took my 2002 IS 300 to have the rear bumper repaired and while it was there I asked them to take care of a the roof strips. They went above and beyond, and I picked up a cleaned vehicle that looked like it had a spa treatment. We take care of our personal driving vehicles and they are well maintained which helps them last for decades. I choose Allyz Auto because they take pride in their work and are straight up with the process and estimate. They said it would be a 3-day job and it was ready in 2 days. Thank you.

Allyz Auto is a very clean, reputable shop that offers high quality repairs. However, the main issue I ran into was severe lack of transparency. I’m a 24-year-old female with not much experience with cars and this was my first time trying to get a repair and to put it short, this was an educational experience for me in the worst way. I wish the contract was explained to me in detail before I signed my car away to receive an estimate. In order to receive an estimate from them, you must leave the car with them for several days to receive what they call an “accurate assessment” and you will be fully responsible for a very costly bill if you decide they are out of your price range and would like to get your car back without receiving repairs. The costly bill part was not part of the conversation before leaving my car. I did ask if I could drop it off early in the day and return later the same day to pick up my vehicle instead of leaving it. I was told this could not be done and the only way to receive any estimate at all was to leave the car with them. If their policies on paper in any way differ from this, that is not at all how they were explained to me. If I had been told I was responsible for any bill in order to receive a written estimate, I wouldn’t have gone any further with them. Please be aware that most shops can give you an estimate for free without taking your car. They got me on that one for sure. Just be aware that that’s how they do things. I wouldn’t deem it as necessarily “great” business ethics, but they can legally do this. It’s one thing to say you’re honest and transparent, it’s another to actually “be” those things. However, those characteristics are not always a legal requirement. The outcome would have been much different if that was truly implemented. So if Allyz Auto makes improvements to their services according to reviews, please consider making such changes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It was horrible. Make sure you as the customer read whatever you’re signing thoroughly, take as long as you need. Don’t allow yourself feel rushed into anything especially with these types of things. Make sure you’re fully comfortable and are made aware of any future charges. They don’t have the best rapport with insurance companies (which is something I should have taken more seriously before leaving my car) unfortunately, so you may or may not end up paying quite a bit out of pocket if that’s something you’re into. The final bill was over 3k to be able to get my car off their lot to be towed to another shop in pieces. All I got from them was an estimate and an immense amount of stress, I left the shop in tears. They took apart my car, didn’t put it back together and charged me the equivalent to the total it would have cost to get my car fully repaired by them. This isn’t me b!tching, I’m just being honest. I just needed an estimate for my Honda’s front bumper to be replaced. It was very disheartening and I wish I could say I had a better experience. I’m not writing this review to vent or rant, this is just the reality of what my experience was. They seem very nice (nice doesn’t mean straight forward), but just watch out if you’re not 1000% sure you want them to repair your car without receiving a written estimate. On a lighter note… girls, this is why it’s a good idea to bring your dad or someone more experienced to all things car-related! (:

Outstanding work. Amazing care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail at this shop. I had a glass-out repaint done and visited several times during the process: each time, I saw the technicians working on it like it was their very own car. Communication with the shop concerning options, parts needed, and advice was on a level I’ve never experienced before in dealing with body shops. The final product exceeded my expectations- my car looks better than it did when I purchased it new, 26 years ago. The shop is located almost 2 hours from home for me, but I honestly can’t see myself ever bringing a car to a different shop for painting or body repair. THANKS Allyz!

I had my car examined with my auto insurance due to an accident. Al and Juan were exceptional in their communication and handling of my claim. While my vehicle turned out to be a total loss, they were with me every step of the way providing guidance and advice when called upon. They are extremely resourceful and really do their best to ensure you as the customer is taken care of. Can’t recommend highly enough!

State of the art facility. I've been to various body shops, this one is interesting. They keep track of every bolt or fastener in individual bags and labeled. This shop practices safety and is very detailed in their work. I had hail damage on my company car (2022 Dark Grey/Subaru Impreza). Their paintless paint repair was magical, all gone. My vehicle has a high shiny clear coat and looks new again. I was impressed when I came back for pickup. Hail damage is the worst and hardest repair on vehicles. I highly recommend this shop for its talent and ability to restore vehicles. The register AP in their facility on a touch screen on the right when you walk in is a breeze, easy to use/assistance if needed. It removes the stress when preparing a vehicle registration for repair. If needed, a waiting lobby with coffee and refreshments and videos of how they perform their some of their work. I have no doubt that whatever vehicle goes in, the transformation that awaits. I took time to write this up because it takes time to find blemishes in time. I have not, and it's been almost 2 weeks. Thanks to you and your talented employees who make a big difference in the autobody shop world.

From my initial phone contact with Allyz to the final repair, the process was courteous and professional. Upon arriving at Allyz Auto I was given a tour of the immaculate facility and was given a complete description of what repairs would need to be done on my car and an accurate estimate. I received a quality repair at a reasonable price which matched the estimate I was given in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Auto Body Collision Shop.
