From what I gathered they keep you included/informed in all processes on your vehicle along the way. They repair vehicles with OEM parts and Follow Manufacturing guidelines which unfortunately is not the norm in the other body shops in the region. They put the customer first and it shows in their work and transparency. I would highly recommend to anyone that asked.
