They are great over the phone, try to meet all of your accommodations. Tell you they work with all manufacturers & to their standards/guidlines. When you get there, they will show you around their shop & tell you how much they spend on equipment, & how they keep it cleaner than others. I was told a had a 5-6pm estimate through text message, & got there at 430. We walked around he looked at my car, explained I was looking at 5-6k & 2-3 weeks minimum, (for a shattered windshield & a few dents. Not to mention Al, slammed my door shut & more glass fell, barely apologized when I gasped). 5:11pm, the estimator says "I'm not doing it, it's after 5, go get the owner, that's what he's for" Not even a minute later, Al came out and said we can't help you because you are on a budget... I never even gave him a number. As a GM, I know how important reviews are, some people just had a bad day... They were bad all around.
