Always up front and do the repair correctly. I was told by the insurance company that they would save me money on my deductible if I would use their recommended shops. I wanted to use Colorrecon because I had used them several times before and was very pleased . Insurance company made it difficult since I went to my own shop but Juan and his crew worked with me and the insurance company I would recommend them they are always up front and honest

I found Color Recon through a basic google search and saw that it had great reviews. I went in and dropped my car off for a minor accident. Whether it was through phone call or in person, these guys know how to extend great customer service. I'd even go as far as saying that many businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from Color Recon. There were some issues with processing my claim, but Juan and his staff worked tremendously hard on my behalf. I was hit by a company vehicle and their insurance were fighting very hard to oppose the fixes Juan recommended. For 13 days, the fix was delayed, but Juan worked with me, fighting with the insurance company the whole way through. I highly doubt any other shop would have done the same given the minor damage my car had. Juan and his staff were so accommodating and I truly felt that they were on my side and wanting me to get my car repaired properly. When they finally were given the go ahead, my car not only was fixed beautifully, but my car was cleaned so professionally as well. I was simply impressed with everything Juan and his staff did for me. Not only will I go out of my way to recommend Color Recon to friends and family, but I will now forever be a client of theirs. Do yourself a favor and don't search elsewhere, Color Recon is the only shop you should be going to!

My vehicle was backed into while I was parked in a restaurant. I took it into Color Recon because of the honesty they had shown me in the past. I had to go through insurance so I did not know exactly what I was doing or what to expect. The guys at Color Recon made the process painless and easy to deal with. They communicated extremely well, much better than the other shops I took it to. Through this communication, I was able to stay on top of my insurance claim process and more importantly, get my vehicle on the road as soon as possible. They operate with integrity and they honestly do some of the best paint work I have ever seen. Unlike other shops, they go above and beyond. Their car wash consists of painstakingly removing excess dirt with claybar - a very time consuming process, full interior and exterior detailing, tire shine and a premium synthetic car wax. Suffice it to say, the car came out arguably better than it came in and I felt really good about picking it up. Know that these folk are working for the consumer and not the insurance company - like most other body shops in the area; truly a diamond in the rough.

Here's the thing a lot of people don't realize when it comes to body shops. Most shops want volume and high turnover of cars which leads to a drop in quality. Not color recon. Color Recon puts quality and workmanship over volume. They fight for you to get the quality and parts thats should be on your car and not knock-off replacement parts. This is why I have trusted Color Recon with my cars over the past few years and refuse to take any of my cars to another shop.

Dishonest. Waisted 2 hours of my time driving there and immediately driving home after the information was told to me differently on the phone versus when I was there in person.
