I have to take a moment and thank the guys at Color Recon for such an amazing job they did. Let me give you some background on what happened. I was having diner and the person who was parked next to me pulling out hit my car and drove off with no care at all...smh. Jay, Juan, and the rest of the team at Color Recon worked their magic. They presented me an honest plan of action. I had the car fixed the same!!! I am truly appreciative of their honesty, AMAZING customer service, and quality work. They have created a loyal costumer in me. Pricing??? I rather not talk about since I feel I got a sick deal. Their quote was way better than some of the other shops I visited. Thank you again Color Recon for making the best out of an unfortunate situation. Keep up the good work. Marc

I was referred for the BBB to this shop, I called and spoke with Jay, explained my situation and he told me I could come in to get an estimate. Jay was extremely polite over the phone and upon meeting him in person, however Juan is extremly rude, arrogant and believe he has an answer to everything. He laughed at the fact I had less- than-admirable previous work done and told me my vehicle was trash and there is nothing I can do but come out of pocket to get it fixed. I told him, he was being negative and a "debby- downer" and he told me he was just being realistic. I asked for an estimate and he told me it would be $45.00 per hour, so I asked was he going to take the vehicle apart to give the estimate but he said no he will only look at it. In conclusion, when i do get my vehicle fixed properly it will not be with these guys even though they have great reviews.

My apologies that you did heard from me what you wanted to heard but. You got what you pay for plus this is what happens when people expect to have there deductible waved. Your expectactions of your repair are way out of reach for any reputable repair facility like ours. Unfortunately to due a good repair takes time good craftsmanship and good materials witch are not cheap to fix your vehicle .This is way we offer Good ,Better and Best Repair Options to choose from. Anything under that we decide not to due we considered hack work and all that those is create a bad reputation and unhappy customer due to the lack of integrity. Sometimes been honest gets me in trouble. To have all 3 Cheap, Fast and Good in this industry is impossible. This is way we have in our industry lower quality cheap body shops like Maaco ,Econo Paint and the guy on the storage unit down the road from us.That will be really happy to deceiving you telling what you want to hear and take your money and at the end they will tell you "What due you expect you got what you paid for" It's unfortunate that our desire for our customers to make informed decisions on their vehicle's repair would be perceived as arrogance or rudeness. Thanks for your review after all this is way there choices of body shops in Orlando hope you are pleased with the repairs done to your vehicle.

horrible customer service. The owner was screaming profanity at me before I could even walk inside, something about parking. I apologize and left( Only because this guy was way off the handle and I was only trying to disarm a situation this crazy Owner created) but he continued to scream and yell even after i had left, he went to hide in his garage screaming at me STILL as I was driving down the street off the property. would not recommend, was originally sent here for a pearlescent paint job blend.

To begin with, one must be suspect of someone who leaves a complaint regarding “customer service” when they aren’t a “customer” and withhold leaving their name. Unfortunately it could be a competitor or someone else wanting to harm one’s reputation for erroneous reasons. Secondly; no one at Color Recon would “yell” at anyone as we are all professionals and conduct ourselves as such. This is supported by the reviews herein. Thirdly; Color Recon shares a large building with an adjoining transmission repair facility. Parking is extremely limited and Color Recon has arranged frontage parking to best serve our customers. Upon returning from a road-test recently an individual pulled into Color Recon’s customer designated parking to visit the transmission shop next door. I just happened to be returning from road-testing a customer’s vehicle which was ready for delivery and was walking to the office. As I was doing so, another vehicle pulled into the spot and as the individual was getting out of his vehicle I politely asked the person if they were visiting Color Recon and he replied that he was visiting the transmission shop next door. I politely informed him that the spot he’d parked in was reserved for Color Recon customers and asked if he could please move his vehicle. He became somewhat obstinate and said he’d only be a few moments as he began to walk away. I asked that he please move his vehicle to the transmission’s parking and he could then spend as much time as he needed. He became visibly annoyed, muttered a few words and moved his vehicle. At no time did I raise my voice or be the least bit disrespectful to him, after all, who knows, he may need our services in the future and we wish to alienate no-one and serve and please everyone. Myself Juan Rodriguez being a Christian Buisness man, doesn't mean that my staff or myself are perfect. We do not use profanity .We believe in treating everyone as we would like to be treated.

Went in to have a quote done (last week) and I had a horrible experience. The only good thing I can say about this place the Front desk lady was nice and polite. The Owner/CEO had an attitude...being very arrogant and rude. Plus that quote sounded extremely high to me. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Dear “Lucky Jobs”, I was surprised to see your comments and your feelings of my attitude being anything but professional. I took the time to determine what your specific needs were and how Color Recon could best meet or exceed them. Not all body shops offer the same level of service and quality and as such, pricing will vary. Based upon our providing a “Lifetime Warranty” on our workmanship, the pricing I offered you was indeed competitive and from what I can see by your other reviews from the same time period you found the other quotes you obtained to be “extremely high” as well. I am unsure as to what I may have said that upset you as I was not made aware of your concern during your visit. As one will see in our past reviews we take customer satisfaction very seriously and are always seeking ways to improve our offerings where needed. I assure you I will do my best to avoid future concerns in this regard. Please accept my apologies.

My insurance try to desive me into not taking my car to Color Recon. They told me that if I took my car to Color Recon I was going to have to pay out of pocket for my repairs especially if I wanted new original OEM parts on my car. Color Recon was the only Body Shop in Orlando that provided me with all the information to make an informed decision about my safety and the financial well-being of my family!!! I want to thank Juan and the Color Recon team for the great job!!! They really worked for me and not my insurance company which by the way I got OEM parts and all I had to pay was my deductible!!!

Color recon did an excellent repair on the rear bumper of my car. Their customer service was excellent and they did the repair very quickly. Along with doing a great job on the repair they were very helpful with getting money from the person who hit me. I would recommend color recon to anyone and would return again if I ever needed any more work done on my car.
