Not sure of the quality of their work, as i never got around to having my vehicle worked on. Went in to have a quote done for dent removal. Called them the night before, i was told that i would need to leave my car all day. Had a rental ready to pick me up but when i showed up the next day i was told THEN that they only do dent removals on Tuesdays, sorry can't help you. I spoke with them 2 times prior to showing up and no one told me anything about that. Threw my entire day off but ended up finding another body shop that was cheaper, that took care of me and was done in 2 hrs!!!
Mr. Christopher, your feedback is very important to us and we want to thank you for it.. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Based on our notes, we gave you an estimate on March 19, 2015 and the person we spoke with was someone by the name of Cassaundra. It's part of our policies and procedures that each time an estimate is given for paintless dent repair the person is told that this type of repair is done only on Tuesdays and by appointment only. Unfortunately there was some sort of misunderstanding. Ms. Cassaundra called to make the appointment for a Thursday were she was again told that paintless dent repairs are done on Tuesdays by appointment only. It's very unfortunate that there was such miscommunication. Following the phone call Ms. Cassaundra made to make the appointment for a day that we don't do that type of repair she still came to drop off the car on a Thursday. We value our customer's time and that's why we work by appointment only. We're glad you were able to get your car repaired in such a timely manner.
