No body shop will get it 100% right the first time, every time. What sets a shop apart from the rest is how they respond when it's not right the first time. When I went to pick up my repaired vehicle there were issues with the paint, Instead of making any excuses they immediately tried to fix it on the spot and when they couldn't, they offered to set us up with a rental car at their expense until it was fixed. It took them longer then I'm guessing even they were expecting, probably in part due to humid, rainy weather for 2-3 days, but when we picked it up, they had not only fixed the paint issues but fixed a couple of other bad spots in other areas at no cost to us. Now that's going the extra mile to make it right!! Kami in the office was friendly and understanding!

Brought my 2013 Honda Accord in to the shop after reading some of the reviews and I must say I am not only satisfied with the workmanship by Juan and his team but amazed and left speechless!!! My car was a bit beat up...I had a couple of dents on my hood, front bumper scratched up bad by a steel beam which hit me on i4, bumper beat up and scratched and misaligned and also a HUGE dent on the back right fender. The car came back amazing! The huge dent on the far back was about 90% removed but Juan had initially told me this would be the case since the way the car was hit the dent was very bad at some points! But im still satisfied with the result. My bumper was also aligned perfectly and reattached. The car was also given a wax treatment!!! I would not only come back to Juan if my car is ever in need again but also will be recommending people I know who need work done! Fair Prices and Great Work cant be beat!!!

What a great experience with Color Recon! Juan, Cammie, and the entire team were very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they leave our 10-year-old car looking fresh and new, they also helped us deal with the insurance company because they wanted to use after-market and salvaged parts in our car. Juan and his crew focus on our safety and the quality of the parts being used. They were always on our side during the conflict with the insurance company. Not sure of the quality of their work, as i never got around to having my vehicle worked on. Went in to have a quote done for dent removal. Called them the night before, i was told that i would need to leave my car all day. Had a rental ready to pick me up but when i showed up the next day i was told THEN that they only do dent removals on Tuesdays, sorry can't help you. I spoke with them 2 times prior to showing up and no one told me anything about that. Threw my entire day off but ended up finding another body shop that was cheaper, that took care of me and was done in 2 hrs!!!

Just left Juan and the team after picking up my BMW 650i and they did an outstanding job. Both Hood and Bumper look better than new. I'll recommend them every time to whomever needs body work. Their pricing is very competitive/great so if your looking to get work done...take a look at RECON...you won't be disappoint. ps. They retailers are excellent as well...gave him a $20 tip!
